Wow! Needed to get our underground pipeline cleared out and this was the right company to call! Firstly, Andrew was responsive to the Yelp quote request. He was one of the 1st to respond to the auto generated Yelp project manager. With much investigation, I decided to go with Silva Home Solutions. They were easy to schedule (within a week from 1st contact). Andrew sent over a price estimate to my email that needed a signature. Then when I decided to contract them, he sent over a service contract that was clear about their scope of work and what was to be expected.
Jump to today (date of service), the service window was between 12-2. Brandon and Anthony arrived at 1230. They began right away. I have a foam roof, which deposits a lot of debris (similar to sand consistency) along with leaves and such into our drain pipes and into our underground drainage system. So despite no gutters, they worked so hard on flushing and vacuuming the underground drainage system. They did an amazing job! I tried to do this myself many years ago with my own power washer and shop vac. That was not enough. So grateful to have found a great company that does great work and isn't overly costly. I shared their business card on our FB neighborhood group so I hope all my neighbors give them a call!

I have used Andrew before for my home that I rent out to my in laws. I am never there but he shows up always on time, lets me know he is on his way, cleans out my gutters and goes above and beyond sending me photos and concerns of possible issues he sees. I trust him and his work and price.

This company is my "go too". As a retired police officer, I have a hard time trusting people (sorry its just after 28 years I have seen alot of people that are just horrible). Andrew is definitely someone with integrity and ethics.

Absolutely great work! From start to finish, good response and closed loop communication. Availability was immediate and no hassle when discussing work to be done. Prompt service and reliable. I contacted Andrew to put wire mesh to prevent bird nests - normally, I would have to go through pest control - glad he was able to help!

My home is older and they did a great job in a timely manner. They were professional and charged reasonably and went beyond my expectations. They wrote up the service agreement and did what they said and even came back to complete the job due to rain. They worked efficiently and utilized all the products they purchased and explained the issues and resolutions that was easy to understand. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect communication from Andrew and his team. They came on time as promised and quickly got about their business - cleaning and repairing a leak in our gutters with minimal fuss. Price as quoted was better than almost everyone else (most of whom tried to stick an "unknown" $$ surcharge for our gutter guards - Andrew asked a couple questions and gave us the quote with zero issues).

Easy to schedule, great communications, no leaks - we're comfortable with the rains coming that we will be all good!
If you are looking for gutter service - dont hesitate.

Used for window cleaning at first but Andrew also offer Solar Panel cleaning which was a great feature. Didn't realize how dirty the panels were which ultimately effects the efficiency of the panels. His great customer care, great service not only was worth the money but also saves me money (electric bill vs solar).

This is now the second time we've done business with Silva Home Solutions, the first time I had them clean out our gutters, Andrew works very quickly and I was blown away from the amount of sediment and crud that came out of the gutters, easily 100 pounds of stuff. Andrew mentioned our gutters were quite old and that they may need to be replaced soon. He was very informative and gave me advice on things to look out for during rainy season. After the service our gutters were nice and clean and he even cleared of one of my drains that leads to the sidewalk!

The second time I dealt with Silva Home Solutions was about a week ago, we noticed our solar panels were very dirty so I called them up and asked if they could clean them, without hesitation Andrew was able to squeeze us in on the same day!! Brandon came out and did a great job cleaning and even took some before and after photos.
Since the cleaning I've definitely noticed a performance boost in our system and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Had our gutters and exterior windows cleaned. The gentleman who came was punctual and professional - he did a great job and offered a free gutter inspection next year to see if we need this done annually or every other year. I'll definitely be using them again!

I have used this company twice for gutter related maintenance issues and have no complaints. Estimates were no hassle. They showed up when they say they would. They completed their task and didn't pressure me into endless additional services. I had them repair leaking downspouts, vacuum out gutters, (re)seal gutter seams, unclog downspout, and repair a broken downspout to drainage adapters. Everything was done properly and professionally. If I could fault them anything, I would just wish they had spoken up about some debris that had accumulated on the roof that they were not responsible for, but could have mentioned to me about needing attention.

I highly recommend Silva Home Solutions. Gabe and Anthony arrived on time to clean my gutters and install gutter guards. They were very professional, friendly and polite and showed me a video of the gutters. Very good value for the services they provided. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Our gutters were a mess and our roof was long overdue for a cleaning. Silva Home Solutions was very responsive. We booked gutter and roof cleaning services within a week of reaching out to him, very reasonably priced, and very easy to work with. Very pleased with the results and the service across the board. I highly recommend Andrew and his team; very professional and courteous.

Andrew Silva and his crew did such a great job cleaning/flushing/sealing our gutters, installing a new downspout, sealing/straightening/adding a new downspout adapter on an existing gutter, and installing gutter guards. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure things were done right, even returning several times to fix things that weren't in his scope of work. He is very knowledgeable on all construction issues and I trust that what he tells me is correct. I will definitely be using his company again. Thanks Andrew!

Andrew provided a detailed estimate as requested and arrived exactly at 9am as promised. His crew got to work right away and were clean, efficient and tidy. In addition to cleaning the gutters and downspouts they repaired several leaks in the gutter seals. The process was as easy and smooth as I had hoped for and I will definitely turn to Andrew for any future needs. Great Job!!!

Brandon came out today to service our gutters. He was very friendly and responsive to our questions. He took the time to explain what he was doing and took pictures of before and after doing the job. He also took his time and made sure to do things accurately and efficiently. Very happy with this company. The quotation process and communication was easy.

Was looking for a gutter cleaning business and somebody to replace my facia boards due to termite damage(termites have been removed) I found Silva home solutions. Andrew showed up on time and was very professional as well as the most willing to work the price in MY FAVOR. My gutters were really bad, Andrew and team removed 3 bags full of junk. Luckily my hoa approved of the facia board replacement, Andrew and team replaced them in no time and they look fantastic. Silva home solutions will without a doubt be my go to for any home repairs I need from here on out.

We had Andrew (business owner) come out for an estimate to clean out our rain gutters and clean the interior and exterior of all 36 windows on our home. He and his employee were punctual and showed up at 8am on the dot. While he was on the second story he even removed a wasp nest and was able to unclog a downspout that a bird decided to make a nest in. We are so very satisfied with his work and the pricing is absolutely reasonable. We will be calling him again for future services!!
