What forms of payment do you take?
We take cash, credit card, debit card, and online payments through Square. We provide an invoice after your service is completed for your convenience. You can also pay in person, online, or by phone.
Do I need to be home during service?
Depending on the service, attendance may be required. For example, service for indoor window cleaning will require access to inside your home. Outdoor gutter cleaning only requires access to the property. We also conveniently provide an online invoice you can pay online if you are not available at the time of service.
When do I pay for services?
Payment is expected upon completion of service. However, if you have requested gutter or gutter guard installation, a deposit is to be paid before service.
How often do I need to get my gutters cleaned?
Gutter cleaning is often done twice a year, although properties with significant foliage may want to consider more frequent cleanings. Your technician will advise you on the cleaning cadence.
What type of gutter guards do you use?
We use gutter guards made of rust-resistant aluminum for enhanced durability. The double reinforced edges provide optimal strength and rigidity and have self-locking C-clip to securely lock the screen without having to drill in your gutters. The gutter guards we install are designed to help slow the flow of water and allow for leaves and debris to be properly discarded while the drip design acts as a water diverter and helps to keep the face of the gutter clean.
What are seamless gutters, and how are they different from traditional gutters?
Seamless gutters are made from a single piece of material, eliminating seams or joints that can lead to leaks. This contrasts with traditional gutters, which consist of multiple sections joined together.
What are the benefits of installing seamless gutters?
Benefits include reduced maintenance, improved durability, better water flow, increased curb appeal, and custom fit. They offer efficient long-term protection for your home from water damage.
Is DIY installation of seamless gutters recommended?
While DIY installation can be cost-effective, it requires precision and can be complex. Professional installation is recommended for accurate measurements and a leak-free, long-lasting system.
How do you clean the gutters?
We use a high-tech, high-power gutter-cleaning vacuum system, that can reach up to 40 feet. This replaces the requirement for stepping on your roof, which reduces liability for you, the homeowner.
What is pressure washing?
Pressure washing, also known as power washing, is the application of a high pressure water spray to surfaces that need cleaned. The most common areas cleaned are concrete, wooden decks, and home exteriors.
Can you pressure wash stucco?
Rather than pressure washing stucco we use a soft wash. A soft wash is when we turn the pressure down to no more than 500 PSI to avoid damage to your home.
Do you clean interior and exterior windows?
Yes, we clean both interior and exterior window glass. We recommend doing both the interior and exterior at the same time to see the full effect of a perfectly cleaned window.
Do you clean screens and tracks?
Yes, we clean screens and tracks upon request for an additional cost.
What is pure water window cleaning?
This soap-less method uses pure, filtered water and hi-tech water-fed brushes to scrub, rinse, and clean exterior windows. Unlike tap water which leaves mineral stains when it dries, filtered water dries spotless even in direct sunlight!
